Go to one of the regional rec centers
Correction. Sorry. My bad. You can only get guest IDs at the regional rec centers.

For those down south, Resident ID cards are also available at the Customer Service Center located at 4856 South Morse Boulevard (adjacent to the Fire Station across from Chitty Chatty) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I wrapped mine in plastic packaging tape. Good for another 10+ years!

That is done as a service for new home owners. Go to the District Office, there are two locations. The main office is in LSL above Starbucks the other is a full service annex on Morse Blvd south of 44, before the roundabout on the right side. It is part of the Fire Station building.
