Apple is testing a program that coverts your phone call from voice to text. My hearing is getting to be a problem and if I didn't understand what they said I can read the text. It is not instant and it is not perfect, but it's a good start. With so much of tech support coming from other countries it helps. It also works in face time, but I haven't tried it yet. Other programs like this cost $. This is free on your iPhone.
