Just wondering why natural gas is available for a heating source in some places in TV but not all. I know it's not available in the area we live in but see gas meters in older sections of the villages. Is there a source of information regarding this? I suppose I could check with whoever provides natural gas to this area.

I believe TECO is the 'local' supplier, so I would call them. I see 2 possibilities, either the developer did not see gas as cost effective, or the local gas company did not see gas supply to these areas as cost effective.

gas water heater , gas stove, and gas furnace are some of the benefits of living in the northern section of TV. I also have the best neighbors anyone could ask for!

I THINK, the only place where there’s not natural gas is between 466a and 44….

I ThOUGHT, the developer and gas co, couldn’t come to an agreement on price, probably on install/connection.

I wonder, if the commercial space between 466a and 44 have gas - i.e. the Publix or the pizza places or Chinese restaurants?

We live in Santo Domingo and do not have natural gas, but the house across the street from us does have it.
