I have a laser jet printer in good working order. I would like to find a group or organization that would be able to use it or give it to someone who needs it. It is a wireless, monochrome printer HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M125.
GoodWill does not accept electronics.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I don't know charities who take electronics. If you just want to give it away, place an ad here on TOTV and/or on craigslist and I bet you'll get plenty of takers.

I don't think you are correct that Goodwill doesn't accept electronics. That is one of my favorite sections in their stores. I have seen dvd players, vhs players, receivers, speakers, clock radios, printers, and other small electronic items for sale.

I was not specific enough, we were there this morning and they told us they do not accept computers, printers or monitors.

The manager of the Oxford Goodwill store told me that they do accept working printers as a donation. I have seen them for sale there. I don't know about other stores. Go figure.

Do you have a Computer Club in your area?
Maybe they could help.

Good luck finding anyone that wants an old printer. The Technology and Computer Club of the villages don't accept them.

My husband and I are looking for a printer. Is it still available?

If it is something that someone may want and is not worth selling (or finding a place to donate) just put it out next to the edge of the street by your driveway the day before your trash is scheduled to be picked up. There are people who cruise around TV looking for just that kind of thing. I've given away everything from an older HP Inkjet that worked fine except that the automatic copy feed didn't work, several pots for plants that I no longer needed, a couple of spare extension cords, an oscillating lawn sprinkler, two end tables, etc. I'll be giving away a box of wine glasses later this week. I don't know what they do with the stuff--maybe clean it up and resell it--but it undoubtedly helps them.

I had an outdated by still working iMac. I contacted Wildwood school district and they definitely wanted the computer. I took it to the Wildwood Middle High School. Give them a try.
