Free movie ticket with blood donation at Florida Blood Center locations this December. They had a similar offer a few months back. I donated blood at the Florida Blood Center's Villages location and received a free movie pass in the mail about 3 weeks later to either the Old Mill Playhouse or the Rialto Theatre.
