Town squares webcam problems

I noticed that half of all town squares webcams are down in the last few days. :ohdear:
What's going on, are these energy saving measures? :confused:

Just had a quick look, and I have only 3 from 7 cameras showing pics.

I probably knew at one time but I didn’t realize there were any if that makes sense.
