There is a new big brick building on Rainy Trail/472 with a great lighted parking lot that has sat empty for over a year. It looks like it could be a small hospital or school or medical building. Anyone know the story on this new building which remains empty?

I think it's a jail for people who go over 30 in their golf carts, or people who save chairs at the town centers. They haven't been able to nab anyone yet.
