We are looking to TRADE houses in the month of March,2024 with someone who now lives in Eastern Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire. Ours is a beautiful 3/2 in the Village of Polo Ridge-We are looking for a house or condo up North for us-a retired married couple. We live in yours, while you live in ours. Even and free exchange. I’m assuming there are some New Englander’s reading this, hoping to experience The Villages and might want to be able to do that for zero dollars. Serious inquiries only-call or write.

Yes, house swapping is a thing. About 10 years ago I wanted to house swap to an area of France. We exchanged emails, had the dates worked out etc. We would even swap cars…but then the guy wanted me to look after his cows, and pigs too, and I decided that was a bit much.

I'm ok with milking a few cows here and there, as long as the bar in the house is stocked.
