No. Can you tell if the noise is coming from the area of the roller tube, or the track? If coming from the roller, it could be a bad bearing. If coming from the track, it may just need lubrication. A good quality silicone spray, such as CRC Heavy Duty Silicone (Ace Hardware) is usually recommended as routine service.
