Are there any seasonal residents in TV that can recommend a reputable trustworthy home watch company?

We've been seasonal residents for 10 years and use ABSOLUTE HOME WATCH. He is a villager and does weekly inside checks and will take care of any small problems himself (e.g. a light bulb burned out on the post light). His phone number is: 352-551-0576 (cell). We live in the northern half of The Villages and I am not sure if he will cover the entire area but it is worth a call.
