Power outage?

Hi all,

kevko05 reported a power outage that affected his/her garage door. Not sure what village he/she is located in ... I'm wondering if this was specific to that home, or it was more widespread.

Was there a power outage that affected a number of Villagers? If so, how long was the outage?

Thanks! I knew about the SECO map, but as this happened a few days ago, (the map is real-time), I was just wondering his/her outage was isolated or was village-wide.
