Trotter and Soulsby. I used them along with neighbors and family.

I have seen many recommendations for Amy Pitman. Just went on her website.

We also used Trotter and Soulsby. Several suggestions to all. List ALL of you assets and decide who gets what. No one gets out alive. You do not want relatives fighting over your STUFF as too often happens.

. My parents passed. My sister and I had some issues.
We both decided to follow what my parents wanted. While my mom was alive, my sister assumed handling the misc stuff. I had a copy of the will. When my mom passed I asked people about an attorney to settle the estate and I found a person to do it at a flat rate. If, I recall it was like $600. My brother in law had a friend. There were already issues and I did not choose to fight this. When the estate was finalized his PAL the attorney must have thought he was one of the heirs. He sent a bill for over $3000 not even an itemized bill. I asked for an itemized bill. The initial contact is supposed to be free. He not only charged us for the initial contact but like $10 for the cup of coffee my brother in law accepted. Long story short when pressed we got an itemized bill and he agreed to accept like $1500 like 3x what I could have gotten it done for. For YOU that is attempted GRAND THEFT for this attorney normal business practice.

My concern about most of the attorneys mentioned including the one we used. The attorney that did my parents will, NOT IN FLORIDA, had closed her practice. We were told our photocopies of the will were not valid. We need one with a BLUE COVER. I found the retired attorney and she side the proper copy was sent to my sister. We had to pay an attorney to prepare a form. I had to run around getting every potential heir to sign they would not fight the will copy. Some had already passed. Proof of passing. I supplied photos of their tomb stones. After all that effort and expense my sister found the proper copy where she had put it in the back of my mother's closet.

POINT beware the attorney can go out of business or even predecease you.
