A new Gallup poll shows that most Americans do not believe it is a good time to buy a house. It should have some impact on the Villages.

Not surprising, given interest rates. Would think cash buyers would be ok. I wonder how many people get a mortgage?

Many would-be sellers would have to give up their 3% mortgages and borrow at 6% to move so they are remaining where they are

Proof that it's a great time to buy a home.
91% of the home buyers in the USA last year, needed a mortgage to buy.
Which means it's a great time for those have cash or have the foresight to buy low now and re-finance when practical.
