Every so often, a story hits the local gossip chain of a house fire caused by a gas water heater. Coming from Milwaukee I never thought twice about this, but I was worried when I started talking to other Pickle-ball players who recently changed their heaters for this reason.

I heard about allot of scam contractors here in The Villages and I didn't want to be their next victim. Being very leery I called a company "Pat the Plumber", George came out and my fears were confirmed. My tank wasn't even close to code standards and in a very dangerous way. This contractor upheld promises listed in his phonebook advertisement, I was satisfied and felt much safer!

I was afraid they would try and up-sell me, but instead they immediately fixed my security concerns and gave me peace of mind. :mademyday:
