Glad to see a new championship course. GC, not CC, but still a major plus.

A CC is shown on the Shallow Creek maps.

What is the definition of a CC? A restaurant attached to the pro-shop?

Not enough.

Exactly, in the planning map, they call it a commercial space.

Not enough.
Given they can get $250K+ for a golf view lot, and put 50-100 homes around a golf course, it's likely more will be built throughout the expansion.

Designer is old and needs to retire.
Had a great opportunity to do something different at Southern Oaks & didn't.
Same Ol, Same Ol.

I would not hold my breath. There has not been an executive course added since 2019 (Lowlands). During that time the Villages added ~ 15,000 homes. Maybe by 2025 we will have a new executive for all of us South of 44 to overplay and stress out.

There are already several under construction... It's common knowledge...

There you go again, spewing facts, that the developer already announced.

Agreed 100%. Do I have a favorite course? Nope. They all look alike. I guess the developer hands over the same type of drainage areas to the same designer to route the same kind of golf holes. The result? Overpriced boredom.
