I did my own, dug a hole for sleeve supplied 2 bags of concrete mix, leveled sleeve after concrete set about 36 hrs installed pole raised flag.
There’s a so called Veteran that installs flag poles total inferior work, needed to redue my brother in-laws flag pole because of poor installation…

Paul is the guy that took it over. He does a good job. He even does the ARC application.

Note there are some requirements on flagpole installations, as I recall height is limited, and distance from street is limited.
