Is there a concierge medical practice in the villages area?

My 80 year old mother lives in the villages. She's navigating several health care issues that has her bouncing between physicians and specialists. None of whom are very good at taking time to talk to her or actually coordinate her care. I can pay for a concierge doctor/program, but I can't seem to find any. Do they exist either independently or part of the hospital systems there? I'm looking for one of the programs that usually cost a few thousand per year, guarantee appointments within 24-48 hours. Have 30 minute minimum appointments, etc.. Specifically someone that can help coordinate the specialists work, medications, etc..

Do be careful about the recommendation given by one person on this site; one on route 441, or known locally as OBT (Orange Blossom Trail). From your post I get the idea this is not what you are seeking, this is more of an alternative medicine office. I believe (?) you are looking more for a "coordinating" physician, rather than an alternative or homeopathic doctor ? You might try the U. of F. hospitals, though I don't know which department at the medical school, and, I'd try the local medical society for Lake, Marion, and Sumter county.
