When we moved to TV we were completely ignorant about bugs. We had several boxes of "stuff" and they were stored in the garage and spare bedroom closet until we could get to them. Before we knew what was happening we were inundated with bugs. Unfortunately, we did not know that cardboard boxes are the bugs favorite nesting areas. Called Massey and had them take care of everything. We continue to use them and will do so while we own a home in Florida. They did an excellent job for us and we never see a bug now, which is just the way we like it.

We use Dean's for termite treatment twice a year.
Signing on with them you also gets a termite insurance.

For ants, coach roaches inside and out and other bugs, I do my own spray around the house treatment every 3 months.
We're never troubled with bugs.

I agree. We've been using them for 2 years. Found some small beetles in my pantry. Identified as a grain beetle that only infests pasts products. Different that the bugs in flour. Just had to get rid of my pasta and wipe down the pantry.
They will make calls between set schedules if you have a problem and it doesn't cost extra.

We aren’t happy with them as newbies here. They bill annually, you have to call them if you see bugs because they only treat once a year. They’re usually so busy when you do need them that you’re lucky if they can come by within a week. Our lawn has been yellow since they started treating it, and the fertilizer guy (they have separate guys for lawn and bugs) tells us we’re not watering enough, which isn’t true. We’ll be changing when our year is up.

Do it yourself! Spray Bifrenthrin 7.9% every 8-12 weeks. 1 gallon will cost you ~$68. Buy a sprayer for ~$30 and you are covered for the next 5+ years.
