I have not been to Glenview CC for dinner in a long time. Has anyone who has dined there in the last month or so pass along their thoughts. Thanks

We were there last week. Ordered a drink and looked at the menu. Ordered a scotch. Brand X-undrinkable. Same menu forever. Took the drink back to the bartender, paid the bill and went to Cane Garden. Good drinks and better menu and service. Glenview....not so much.

Went there about a month ago before the Journey concert, very good service and good food at good prices. Love it there.

No real complaints about Glenview--except the noise in the dining room--but Lopez is not that far away and is better in just about every aspect, in my opinion. We live in the area and Lopez is our restaurant-of-choice when we have out-of-town guests.

Glenview is good if you just want bar food.

Posted on their Sunday brunch last week. It was one of the best. Sunday before Father’s Day, it was the worst food we have ever had in TV. Ham was a rolled ham, prime rib was so over done it wasn’t eatable. Hot and cold items looked like they were leftovers from las week. Only 6 tables occupied and nobody on the lobby at 10:45 Usually Sunday all tables are full and lobby was standing room only.

Very LOUD, irritatingly so. Have mentioned it to staff each time we go. Nothing done to soak up the NOISE.

Have decided simply to not go at peak times. Or wait for elderly hearing loss.

Went there on a Saturday night with reservations for 3 tables. No room for the servers to walk between the tables. Also extremely loud place. Service was okay. Water was dripping from the ceiling down onto the table which in unacceptable for any business.

I will answer my own post. My wife and I enjoyed dinner tonight at Glenview Country Club. The meals and service were both good. But as others have mentioned it is very noisy! It was hard to have a conversation with the other couple dining with us. I will go back. Maybe a bit later that is not prime dining time.

Went to Glenview on Saturday August 5th and it was pretty good. Our server, Casey G. was top notch and the food was pretty good too. Allan Darcy was playing in the other room, but the noise didn't affect the room we were in.

Food was good--no complaints.

Wouldn't have mattered. No one could have heard my complaint anyway DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING NOISE!!

We like having lunch there and have been for Sunday Brunch. We like everything about it. We eat outside if there is shade and if not we eat inside, sometimes at the bar. We call it our club as it is pretty close to home. Lopez might be closer but we have never been there.

Went there last night, 12 August. Got seated in the bar area. Server was the worst. No bread, no additional drinks when needed, no check ins. The list goes on. Pretty loud and half my pot roast was fat. What a difference a week makes. I also wish they would fix the air conditioning.
Condensation dripping down on food from moldy/mildewy ceiling vents just reeks of unhealthiness.

My wife and I have been to Glenview many times. Make sure you make reservations. We
have never been disappointed with the food or service. The pot roast , salmon and fish and chips are awesome.

I love the ambiance of Glenview, it looks and feels like an old money country club. The Sunday brunch used to be our go-to, but it seems to have gone downhill lately. Lunch and dinner are okay, but not great. I wish someone would bring it up to its former glory.

I'll agree with the fact that Glenview is the closest thing to a real country club in TV. The separate drives with the stream and bridges with fairways on the side is very old school golf course.
