Home Sitter Reference

We are in the process of buying our first home in The Villages in St. Catherine.
I have found 2 Home Sitters that sound good so far. They are: B & B III Home Services and Sunshine Home Watch. I was hoping someone has had experience with one of them and could give us some feedback. Whether it is good or bad. I would greatly appreciate it.

I have no knowledge of either company. That being said, if I were looking for a home sitter, I would use one that does not advertise their company on the vehicle they use when performing their work. It is just plain dumb to pay a house sitter to pull up in front of your empty home with signs advertising that the home is in fact empty!

We are using the Villages empty nest program. Been using for 6 months now. its 100 a month, but we have had them come a few times for furniture deliveries, and Contractors.
(had the driveway and garage done) and they don't charge extra for that. Others do. They come every 10 days or so, and send us an email of what they did and any thing that needs doing. We tried to get a few others first but they didn't want to go south or weren't taking any new customers.
