I never know about a clue report until today.

What Is a C.L.U.E Report and Its Impact on Your Insurance (https://clark.com/insurance/c-l-u-e-report-comprehensive-loss-underwriting/?utm_source=Clark.com&utm_campaign=9ba1293e6a-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_07_01_07_42&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_-9ba1293e6a-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D)

C.L.U.E. reports can also help individuals making big decisions. If — for example — you’re looking to buy a home, ask the seller for the C.L.U.E. Home Seller’s Disclosure Report. This will give you a better picture of events such as flooding, break-ins, or any other recently reported losses on the property.

Good to check like your credit reports, mine listed auto accidents is a state I've never been in

Like a credit report but mainly for insurance related stuff. Your "Clue" report will give you more info on why your insurance is higher or lower than someone else (all other things equal). We had a $25K roof collapse after multiple snow storms up north about 13 years ago and it finally dropped off. The insurance company took full care of us but the paid claim haunted us for like 10 years.
