We have a tech coming to our home next week to remedy a recall concerning a brake issue on our 2023 QuietTech. It's a nationwide recall. I'm confused as to where a consumer bought the cart makes a difference.

There are some places near the Villages that sell refurbished and new fleet\commercial golf carts. Because of that, their prices are usually lower than what you would get from the Village store. One of the recalls was for those type of carts.

Another reason to pay the extra money and buy TV GOLF CARTS.
Where is that lady who was telling me TV Golf Carts is a ripoff?
Recalls were fixed on the same day and loaner for the few hours it took. Straight to the front of the line.
No waiting for some tech to show up in a week.
Thanks, TV Golf Carts.

I’m not “the lady” but TV golf carts are seriously overpriced. They depend on people willing to pay thousands of dollars for convenience and it is a successful business strategy for them.

“Thousands” is hyperbole.

1st cart from The Villages 12 years ago. Never again! Two carts since then, less money and more quality.

Last year I bought a 2023 PTV for $11,800 delivered. The comparable cart in The Villages was $15,400. The Villages has been marking their carts up $4,000 over cost for the last few years. This is even before adding seats, enclosures and other accessories.

I paid 10,000. Folks need to learn how to negotiate.
Geez.
