Does anybody know What type of Home are going up by 462 and NE 81 blvd?

There are several developers working in that area. I believe they are all putting in rental houses. They group of small 2 story homes fronting on 462 are definitely rental homes.

Behind those, on the north side of NE81, are also rentals.
