remove popcorn

Hello, I just bought a home in TV and have been searching through threads for a recommendation for someone that can remove popcorn from the ceilings and replace with new updated ceiling application. This is also my first attempt to post. Does anybody know of anyone who does this kind of work? I'm not even sure how expensive it would be. Thanks for your help! :)
