There was a leak in a water line under the road in front of my house. Jacobs came on 7/28 to repair it. A new pipe had to be installed to my water line. A trench was dug, and my front dug up to connect.
They filled it with sand, never reused the landscape tarp and when it rained all of it washed away. What a mess. Holes everywhere. I called the Community Watch who sent the fire department to rule out a sink hole, vs. a wash out. They could do nothing, and told me to tarp it, and to call Property Management which I did.
Jacobs told them they would put a high priority on it. Well on 8/7 nothing was done. I called PM again, and Jacobs called a few days later saying it would be 3-4 weeks with no promise to repair all the damage to my poured concrete border, my irrigation but rather just fill! No repairs! All due to supply chain issues for materials, and manpower.
It’s hurricane season. I’m sure if I have a heavy rain it will damage the house!
I’ve called a few people, but no one is available to fill, and protect the property.
That’s the brief version. If anyone knows a reputable company who can fill the holes, with clay and soil and tarp it, I’d appreciate the referral.Thank you.
