For those who have. had to do a repair on their manufactured home's skirting, a few questions please:

• Was it necessary to do the repairs in stucco to match the original material, or were you able to use other materials? If so, what did you use?

• Can you recommend a person or company to do this kind of work—or suggest whom NOT to use?

• Is a repair like this supervised by a Villages authority, or is this strictly a homeowner's maintenance issue?

• Is the need for a repair like this strictly from aging, considering most manufactured homes in TV have been in place since the '[80s, or can there be another issue/other issues behind it? If so, what was it/were they? Also if so, did those issues need to be addressed first?

• How extensive were the needed repairs, and approximately what did it cost?

• Are there any other questions I should be asking?...

Many thanks for taking the time to respond. And have a great day!

Putting aside my detailed questions, can anyone comment anything about repairing or replacing the skirting on a manufactured home in TV? Even a minor detail might help. Many thanks!

Hi, I don’t have a manufactured home, but remember google is your friend.
Doing a search for “mobile home repair near me”
might be a good starting point.
