Congrats to the Detroit Lions whose win busted my dreams of going for long on the NFL Survivor.

One day and done! I picked KC. I usually would make it about 7 weeks or more into the Season.

Most survivor pools are pretty skinny by 1/2 way through the season.

A bunch of years back at work, there was an email NFL survivor pool played by a lunch buddy, entry fee was $100, and there were 5,000 entrants. He finished like 3rd one year, and got a huge payout. so I finally asked him how can i get in on this?

He said, and I quote: "Sorry, the guy was busted for illegal gambling and is in prison!"
