Grooming Accident?

Let me start this post with a disclaimer:
This is purely a rumored incident that may have occurred and a neighbor asked me to verify if the story she heard was true.
A friend of hers said his neighbor took her elderly dog to the groomer and the groomer called the owner to say the dog fell off the grooming table, broke it's neck and died.
If this story is true it would be most beneficial to know what grooming business the accident occurred.
I've attempted to check TOTV, Neighborhood/Nextdoor, and The ************** but no mention of any incident.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone knows if this accident did occur.

Your neighbor's friend's neighbor said this? Does your neighbor's friend's neighbor live in this area?

Your neighbor would have much better luck asking her friend for more information rather than asking you to ask here.
