Owner pass, but not a guest or resident

Coming to TV to spend a few weeks updating our home that has been rented annually...painting, flooring, counter tops etc.

Wonderful long term tenants must leave because of health.

Since we are owners, not residents or guests, can we obtain some type of verification to access amenities while there ?

Contact the ID office at the number on the page at the link given above.

The way I understand it (though haven't done it myself):
- All owners are issued ID cards
- Owners who desire to rent their home and transfer their amenity privileges to their renters turn in their ID cards
- The renters are then issued non-owner or temporary ID cards (not guest passes)
- When the renters leave either they turn in the IDs or the IDs they have expire
- You should be able to retrieve the IDs you turned in, or have your IDs reissued, at the ID office
