I loved him as Ducky in NCIS. Amazing that he was an active actor that late in life. Though Micheal Caine and Harrison Ford seem to be pretty active.

Unbelievalble. The other day I saw a commercial for NCIS which I have never watched. I just asked my wife if she had heard of David McCallum. Even after mentioning mfu, great escape, etc. She had not. I was awake that night wondering about how old he must be. I figured he was at least 85 going by say 25 in man from uncle. Then 2 days later he is dead. I hope I did not give him bad carma. RIP.

One of my favorite series when I was younger, I even had the briefcase that fired plastic bullets.

I have the full cd file which I’ve never watched.

It’s a shame none of the big streaming services hasn’t done a 10 episode series like jack Ryan, with additional seasons.

The one movie they did was more a movie about 2 guys, nothing close to the show except the names. It was kind of a yawner to boot.

I am sad. He was my very first TV crush as Illya. I only started watching NCIS because he was on it and I always had a good laugh at all the Illya references from Gibbs. Show has not been the same without Gibbs, Ducky, Abby and Tony.

RIP David, I will always remember you.
