We contracted with Doug Ward to maintain our lawn based on the fact that at least 5 of our neighbors are using his crew. Up till about 5 weeks ago they were doing a great job but suddenly they have stopped cutting our grass and our neighbors grass. I have tried e-mail and phone calls with no success. I have no idea what has happened to Doug or his crew. Has anybody had the same experience with Wards Lawn Service? I'm a little concerned that something bad has happened to Doug.

Bill, we live in Mallory. Doug left many of us in the lurch. No replies to emails, texts or calls. Some of us getting anonymous complaints. One neighbor, after 5 weeks, said he received a msg from Doug last week saying it was a family emergency and they would be back on schedule this week. Again, no show. Yesterday, we hired a new service for ourselves and the yards of 2 neighbors who are snowbirds. We did, however, get a bill last week!

beware of his crew, and check there records, they are not of good character! My neighbors used them and they have NO RESPECT for adjoining property's
