I don’t think you can unless you sign up for a Virtual Private Network or VPN. That supposedly fools your cable provider into thinking you are in the US.

I have never done it so hopefully someone who has done it will comment on how it works.

Depending on the time of day, you might be able to go to a sports bar and watch American football. Noon kickoffs are at 6 PM in Europe.

You can listen to the game on IHeart radio and follow it on the ESPN app.

Any chance Viking has American sports channels? Most of the passengers are American.

The other choice is to DVR it and watch it when you return.

I used to watch all UK tv channels in The Villages using a VPN.
BBC could get snotty at times, but VPN provider found a way round it.
If memory serves me well, pretty sure I had to sign in through Argentina!

Why did you quit? And how difficult was it to set up? And what was the cost?

We were winter renters for over 20 years, but stopped coming after Covid, as prices were ridiculous. Wasn't value any more.
Very easy to download and set up. Takes minutes and not 'techy' at all.
Still use a VPN all the time, mine is part of my security with Bitdefender.
Last stand alone VPN I used was NordVPN. Took up an offer, which was going at time.
Worked out at a few bucks a month.

Internet on that trip will be spotty. You probably won't be able to stream anything for more than a few minutes at a time. At least that was our experience a couple of years ago.

I use a VPN frequently in NY and Canada. I'm not much of a cruiser, but have heard that internet access on a ship isn't great. Maybe you can record/DVR the games and immerse yourself in the full cruise experience. You can always watch the games when you return.
