Local store for electronics, e.g., relays and fuses and diodes (oh my)

My current project requires a 48vdc 30 amp relay shown at this URL:

I would love to buy such an item locally, but I am not having much luck using superpages or google finding a store local to TV that sells general electronics. Would love a place to go and show someone a diagram, talk about options, see various parts. In addition I am getting tired of paying $8 for shipping on a $3-$4 part.

I figure it is a long shot one exists, but I figure maybe I will get lucky by asking here.
