Yes they actually DO think "no one will check", and as far as empathetic assertion, just take an eyes wide open look at the growing numbers who believe the LOUDER they assert, the more certain they are that their assertion is fact ....LOL ! Can't have a rational debate with people like that, so I guess I'l go check out the cheese steaks, sounds like a winning choice !

The wife and I grocery shop Sunday mornings and order lunch from Jersey Mike's for noon-ish from the JM on 466A. Five or six weeks ago, the service turned bad. The store had staffing problems with only three employees. Our orders, submitted on-line, were not ready for pick up and when they were, the sandwiches were thrown together.
I started ordering from the store in Lake Deaton Plaza. I think the guy making the sanwiches from 466A moved to Lake Deaton. The order was not ready on time and quality was lacking.
I hope Jersey Mike can get their act together or we will be looking for a new place for Sunday's lunch.

Jersey Mikes is a great sandwich. They are not immune to staffing issues, like many quick service restaurants though so you need to have some patience when visiting.

Foxtail coffee is a pass for me. I visited their location in Magnolia Plaza whey opened and the iced latte was the same price as Starbucks, except much smaller.

I don't have patience. Having only 2 employees at lunch time is not enough, especially when someone orders 6 subs. If I see three or more people in line, I leave.
