Where's Brownwood?

This may have been answered in a previous thread but I can't find it. Where exactly is Brownwood going to be located? Off Buena Vista? 44A? Wildwood? Morse Blvd? How do you get to it?

Has ground clearing started?

Brownwood will be located on the corner west of Buena Vista Boulevard and north of County Road 44. There is some work going on around County Road 44A which is at the northern side of Brownwood. It doesn't appear that any actual work is being done at the site of Brownwood.

Much of the basic site work at Brownwood has already been done, tunnels are in -- but nothing much is happening right now. The work on the east side of Buena Vista is the proposed hospital site. A tunnel is going under 44A there too.
