$2600 for two 2nd balcony side tickets, to watch some 80-year-old former junkies butcher their greatest hits. And six months from now -- seems a little risky. Where do you go to buy concert insurance? But for a mere $484, you could could say you were in the same room in the nose bleed seats, and maybe even see them with good binoculars. Not so risky, but also not worth it to me.

<Sigh> I always wanted to see the Stones. And the Beatles. And Aerosmith.

Oh, well, at least I got to see Crosby Stills and Nash. And Jethro Tull. And Z.Z.Top. And even Beatlemania, which was almost like the real thing. I even dated a Joni Mitchell impersonator back in the 70's, so I can't say I was deprived of concert experiences.

Maybe they'll release a movie of one of the concerts. I'd pay to see that.

Saw MIck and the boys on what we thought was their final tour 4-5 years ago in Miami. Great show but would not go back to Joe Robbie, Hard Rock or whatever they named the stadium for a concert. Steven Ross(Dolphin's owner) installed partial roof over it and created an echo chamber. U2 in Vegas now looks like a bargain.

I think it was the summer of 1971, I was a young lad out for an evening bike ride and decided to ride through downtown Northampton, MA. In town the is a place call Pulaski Park, where there was a free outdoor concert happening so I stopped to listen. I remember thinking, whoever there guys are, they are really good. Turns out it was Aerosmith, playing any gig they could get before they put out any albums and made it big time. One of the best shows I ever saw and certainly the cheapest.

Too young to have seen them in their 1970's heyday, but I don't think I would go to see people as old as my dad now gyrate on stage, no matter how good of shape Mick is in for his age for $1000 a ticket.

For my money, check out some of the tribute bands going around. Some are kind of weak, but I've seen an excellent tribute band for both the Stones and Queen (not Absolute Queen BTW). For a fraction of the price, you can suspend reality for while, and pretend you are experiencing the real thing.

I'm glad I finally saw them on July 3, 2019 FedEx Field near DC so I got to see them with Charlie Watts before he passed. Floor seats were $1000. They sounded great and were full of energy. Obnoxious people in the row in front of us were irritating, blocking our view by standing in the aisle, swaying, as their weed smoke blew our way.

The concert was previously rescheduled because of Jagger's heart valve replacement surgery. They were very good about the rescheduling and issuing refunds.

Keith Richards apparently snorted his father's ashes and a 2009 article reveals he once said, "I was number one on the 'who's likely to die' list for 10 years," he said. "I mean, I was really disappointed when I fell off the list."

Jagger and Richards are likely to be around a while longer. Poor Charlie apparently lead a healthy lifestyle.

A friend had asked me to an Elvis concert just before he passed. In hindsight, I really wish I had gone.

The first concert I attended was the Beatles at Shea Stadum. it was the start of being a concert addict. I have seen the Stones at least 30 times.I am not going to go to Orlando. Jagger is way past his prime.

Going to see Peter Noone (Herman's Hermits) at Savannah Center January 6th. This will be the third time we've seen his show. Great entertainer, still has a good voice, loads of fun. One of the few originals from the sixties who's still around.

I saw them in Toronto in the early 2000s and it was the worse audience I've ever been around. I always stand at concerts, just like bands LOVE for us to do, and I was screamed at to "SIT DOWN". Ridiculous. If you're too old to stand during a concert, maybe you should just watch them online. So there's no way I'm going to an old rockers band anymore.

First time 1975 at the Boston Gardens. Took this little hottie from Holyoke. We were married in 1979. We have seen them 7 or 8 times since. Last time was at the old Gillette Stadium the year before they tore it down. I never paid more than a hundred bucks and that was 10 rows back at Gillette.

The Dome in St a Louis is a huge indoor stadium. (The Rams used to play there.) Floor tickets (pre-sale) were $136 ea. I registered at exactly 10:00 AM and was 1800th in line. Took only 11 minutes for my turn to arrive and buy tickets. They were for standing area on the floor, but we arrived early and were escorted to floor seats in the front row of the second section back. It was Stones first concert after Charlie Watts death and their first US show after their Covid “break”. Four 40 ft tall video screens above the stage. They played for 2 hrs, 15 minutes. Mick, at 78 yrs old, had all the energy of a teenager. And he is a showman !! Amazing concert. Sound was quite good. What a memory.

I have seen The Rolling Stones a few times. In fact they were the first concert I ever attended in 1978. The ridiculous prices are what will keep me away. I saw Springsteen about a dozen times since I am from NJ. I remember when I thought $200 for a ticket on the floor was expensive now they are $400+ to be in the 200 Section and it was in the back in Orlando. No thank you. I saw them in their Glory Days before the greedy distributors got involved with ticket sales. I agree with inflation but ticket prices have become insane. Enjoy the show if you go. They definitely cannot play as long as they did in their prime. Even Springsteen showed up on time (never used to happen), he has a large entourage of other entertainers and he cut the show time down dramatically about 45 minutes. He used to go 3+ hrs non stop.

Since most of the folks who want to see The Rolling Stones are above the age of 55, I am not sure that being a member of AARP will be much of an advantage to buy tickets.

Ok... I watched it. And thanks for saving me the $2400! My God, that was awful! You know they're just going to butcher it, but, good grief! Mick wasn't singing, just screaming. OK, that's a little impressive for a 78-year-old former junkie, but still! The tribute to Charlie was touching. I should have turned it off the moment they started "Street Fighting Man" (which I finally recognized about 2 minutes in!)

By far, the best choice for Orlando would be $500 for the nose-bleed seats, a pair of binoculars, and a good set of earbuds playing your "Stones" MP3 collection to drown out the noise!

Saw them in las Vegas, and it was a great show. But with Charlie Watts gone it's just not the same. A trio is not the Stones anymore.

I know it’s not the Stones, but we just got tix to a much better entertainment bargain for the $$. $89 each for decent seats to see both Chicago and Earth Wind and Fire on 7/27/24 at the Xfinity Center in Masfield, MA. The bands we enjoyed during our youth are dropping like flies, so couldn’t pass this one up despite the approximate two 1/4 hour drive to the show.
