Listing in this morning’s paper claims a home is in a “boutique” neighborhood. What is that?

It's supposed to mean that the neighborhood is smaller than other neighborhoods, and the houses are more unique.

I would consider the houses in the Fish Camp Road area a boutique neighborhood.

I would consider the houses in the Fish Camp Road area a boutique neighborhood. The exterior finishes on the homes are unique. Depending on the area, some have expanded lanais, bigger yards, a park like setting, or an incredible view. Some even have a neighborhood pool. If you are looking for a new home, definitely check them out. You may get more for your money.

Our sales agent said that Alden Bungalows was a boutique neighborhood when The Villages was selling the former lifestyle visit homes. I believe there are 181 homes in there and there is a neighborhood pool.

Which listing is that?

There is a home in our neighborhood that is up for sale, and the listing does have that as one of the bullet points.

Our neighborhood has 103 homes, one entrance, all stucco, and surrounded by Lowlands Exec golf course. A short walk to our mailboxes, family pool, Hogeye Preserve Trail, and Edna's Hospitality.

12 minute ride to Brownwood, 5 minute ride to Magnolia Plaza.

We like our neighborhood in Marsh Bend a lot!
