Do not see how a two hour show could possibly do justice to Woodstock

I'd rather watch the movie and see the original performers but I know how Villagers love their imitation everything.

For $43 I'd see a 2-hour LIVE performance of music I grew up with. Much better than the $160 seats to see a live performance of a second-rate band that boasts the bandleader being second cousins with the original drummer's hairdresser.

I thought he was the bassist's step-dog's uncle-in-law, twice removed!
That said, the wife and I are going to again take in the Chicago cover band Brass Transit when they play at the Orange Blossom Opry in a month or two. I've seen the actual band Chicago twice now (and both back far enough where it was mostly the original members) and I honestly think the guys in Brass Transit are better musicians and put on a better show. Can they write an original tune, much less a string of classics like the original band? Doubtful, but they sure can play and sure are entertaining! We also saw an Eagles tribute band last year in The Villages that were very, very good. A buddy of mine saw a Queen tribute band that stunk the place up, so you never know how good or bad any given cover band is going to be.
