Problem with Facebook

FB messinger is covering half the screen, so I can't read any posts on the full screen. Don't know how to get rid of messinger.

Have you tried closing Facebook & then going back in? I went into FB & expanded the chat window, & like you noticed, a minimize option is missing. However, once I closed it & went back in the chat window was back to normal size. Also, once you are back to normal size, clicking on the messenger icon will make it temporarily disappear completely.

Always good to try turning your device OFF then re-staring.
