Executive Golf course maintenance questions

Was just wondering about the following things. Not sure if anyone here has the answers.

How often are the pin placements changed?

Is there one larger group that maintains all of the courses, or are specific people assigned to a specific course or courses?

The real answer would best be from the maintenance folks themselves. Pin placements and tee boxes moved as needed to prevent wear and tear and personel assigned as needed, my best guess.

I’m assuming that there are a number of different contractors (Global, Down to Earth, etc.,) that maintain each or a group of courses. I’ll go onto assume that it’s all on bid. Those contractors then hire the staff to perform the maintenance.
