Beautiful picture. I had one of these stop in front of me near the sidewalk around Linden Isle. He/she had a 12 inch fish and was regrabbing it. The bird was 2/3 my size and the talons were massive. I did not move. It was humbling and terrifying to be so close.
The Eagle flew away to the north with the catch.
The next day in TOTV someone mentioned a fish being dropped onto one of the golf courses. They sounded mad at whoever would do such a thing.
How could you get mad at this beautiful guy? Just doing his thing. There was probably a tussle in the air.
