First Thursday of the month at WaterLily Rec Center 7:00-9:00pm

This Thursday is our meeting a few reminders:
1. Make sure you scan in at front desk.

2. If you have not paid your dues for 2024 $25. Please be ready to pay at this meeting.

3. We will be handing out beautiful name badges to those who submitted name to Tim at last meeting.

4. We will be handing out club tees to those who placed order. Please have $ for payment.

5. We will be having our 50/50 raffle.

6. We will be raffling of another great gift 🧺 basket….

7. We will start meeting with half discussion on up coming get togethers … bring ideas.

8. We still have some tickets for the March 9th Concert $25 spread the word…. Get some friends to attend… remember must be A Villager or must have a guess pass.

9. We will break into teams and Mitch will be running a Team
Trivia …. Winning team members will receive a cool prize!!! Put your Dead thinking caps on 🤣

10. Remaining time of meeting will be mingling , snacks, & Music 🎵 🎼🎵🎤

Ok, I’ll bite, what is a funky deadhead?

Can I have more information on the March 9th concert ?Grateful Dead cover band called the Grateful Spread, they play at Rockpit Brewery down in Orlando once a month (a few of us have been going down to see them) 2 of the members play in Slickwood who play the squares regularly (Henry, the banjo/violin/harmonica player and Harley, the drummer)

The show is going to be at the Everglades Rec Center from 6-9, must be a village resident or guest. Tickets are selling fast, think there may be about 50 left.

Our next meeting is March 7th, you can get tix there, or if you'd like make sure you don't get shut out, some of us have them for sale at different events (I've got about a dozen tix left and will be at Sumter for a couple of shows this week including tonight for 501, as well as down at the Fenney Grille Tuesday 4-6 for Music Bingo)

Show is tonight 6-9 @ Everglade Rec. We've got some picnic tables reserved from 3pm and will be hanging out before the show. BYOB
