When out for about 5 hours on the cart yesterday with a good part of it was just getting to the south from the house as it is an hour just to get to the Brownwood bridge. Anyway after visiting the Magnolia Golf Cart Store I plugged Middleton into the Villages app. It took me back over the highway and down to the newest bridge down by Sawgrass. Went over the bridge to find miles of cart paths and land waiting to be build on. It was an awesome ride and I was the only golf cart around. So the path took me past Eastport under construction, past the new high school and K-8 school and then finally into Middleton. Middleton was beautiful with all the new house designs, beautiful homes. Not sure of the total mileage but it was an awesome ride but I do need to run to the gas station today. If you have the time and haven’t been to Middleton yet it is worth the ride.

Will be even nicer once the Middleton downtown area and the paths up Marsh Bend open. Will be nice to have somewhere to stop while we're down there and a way to return without backtracking.

And charge your cart if it's electric :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

I just drove the cart paths to Middleton last week - highly recommend the trek by cart.

We took that ride about three weeks ago. The school complex is amazing. We counted three rec centers going up.

I rode down there yesterday from Lake Denham. It was nice to see Eastport will less than 20 minutes from home. Be warned you will likely get a thin coating of dust and sand on you from all the construction. Also be careful as there are large construction vehicles entering and exiting the new villages.
