10 year warrenty on structural issues here?

I just did a video walkthru with my short term renters and since I purchased the home preowned in 2022 there are many new cracks in the garage ceiling and walls. Do you know who to call for this as I will be there soon for a visit or Who can help fix this issue if they tell me no?

I agree the wall and ceiling cracks are probable NOT covered if the house is over 1 year old. You will need to see if there are cracks in the foundation or walls if you have a block house. You can also call Frank D'Angelo 352-250-7818 for an expert opinion.
