GreenLight Laser Therapy

I'm now considering GreenLight Laser treatment at Advanced urology with Dr, Sher.
Is there anyone here who has had this treatment and can you offer any advice?

If you do an internet search "What is GreenLight Laser treatment" you will find lots of info, my quick review it looks like good solid treatment.

I had it in November my prostrate was extremely large. So far so good. Had to have catheter in over night, week or two after passing some little bloody tissue, little stinging/burning sensations for couple weeks. Dr Thompson done mine. The phenazopyridine pills helped. You can also get them over the counter in lower dosage if needed after the prescription pills are gone.

I had it done 6 years ago by Dr Thompson with total success. It was an outpatient procedure. No recurrance of the problems associated with enlarged prostate. I strongly recommend Dr Thompson.

I had it done about a year and a half ago with Dr. Thompson. Went very well, almost no pain.
