Egners, 352-728-8537. Very reliable and popular. Washed my house for $85, not including the driveway or sidewalk, which would have been extra.

OP, make sure any electronics (cameras, door locks, electronic controls, etc) are removed or otherwise protected before the pressure wash. I had 2 or 3 items damaged the last time I had someone pressure wash the house. I now do it myself.

I stopped using the power washer for the house and driveway. 30 second cleaner has performed better than I expected with less time and great results. just spray on and rinse.
30 SECONDS 1-Gallon Mold and Mildew Stain Remover Concentrated Outdoor Cleaner in the Outdoor Cleaners department at Lowes.com (https://www.lowes.com/pd/30-SECONDS-1-Gallon-Mold-and-Mildew-Stain-Remover-Concentrated-Outdoor-Cleaner/5013150901)

"Shine On" pressure wash. Reliable and thorough. They use low pressure on the house and it comes out sparkling white every time. Haven't used them for the driveway though so I don't know how they would do on that.

Used Egners for several years with great results then they started brokering out their jobs to independents telling me it's extra to do the gutters and results were poor so I quit using them.

I used Egners a few months ago and they did a good job. I think it was an Egners employee. It cost $85 for just the house and the outside of the gutters.

I'm guessing the pressure from your house bib is 80 PSI with the cleaner is more than good enough.

I use the same product and I agree, it's work very well. I still have to use a pressure washer on the concrete. That said, I've looked into using that cleaner on concrete, and I'm going to give it a try.

I check my house water pressure regularly and it stays at 60 psi. I would suggest that all homeowners buy a 10 dollar pressure gauge from Amazon so you can monitor your water pressure by just screwing it onto a hose bibb.

I also stopped using Egner's. They were in and out and would not do the gutters claiming it would cause a problem. Also, washing the windows when they were finished was a chore to get them clean. I don't know if it was their chemicals or something else. I didn't have that problem with other power washers. Also, everything (like doing the vinyl fence) was extra. They are off my list.
