My wife and I are actively looking for houses with the plan to move to TV late next year. How does on decipher and translate the VH number to the correct lot number to look up deed restrictions?

Is VNH#74V020 on the Villages webpage L14-74 on the deed restriction webpage at districtgov.org?

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

VNH = new house. If it were a preowned home, it would start with VLS. Each house has a unit number (general neighborhood) and a lot number (specific lot) in its identification with the unit number coming first. So, 74V is the unit number (general neighborhood) for this house and 20 is the lot number (specific lot). 74V is in district 14. Yes, you would click on L14-74 on this page. Deed Restrictions - Lake County (https://www.districtgov.org/departments/community-standards/deedrestrict-LakeCounty.aspx#dist14) to get to the deed restrictions here https://www.districtgov.org/images/DeedRestiction/lake/L14/L14-74.pdf

The district is the governing body, so if you are looking up anything else for the house, such as garbage days etc you would need to look up the information for district 14.
