Tree roots cracking drain pipe

Hi, I had a back up and the plumber cleared the drain pipe in front of my home. He noticed the roots of my Magnolia tree were pushing in the drain pipe. Who would I contact about that at TV in order to have it inspected and possibly remove the tree. Thank you.

There are some rules (and some changes) regarding tree removals, and these are different in different CDDs in TV, so my first call would be to ARC and they will tell you if you need to get an arborist involved, if so I suggest Tree Frog, and if you can just have the tree removed.
