Has anyone used Service Star out of Ocala to do work on A/C Equipment?

A lot of complaints on BBB. Read them. But, why use a company in Ocala? Call Munn's or Chuck Farrell, or another company in The Villages. If it is just a checkup of a system that is operating fine, you are probably wasting your money.

Check filter
Flush condensate drain line with approved solution.
Check outside Condenser and fan for obstructions
