Two panels close to the street have cracks caused by the tree roots of my front lawn big tree. I would appreciate receiving suggestions on any company that could repair the driveway.

I would remove the cause before committing to any renovations.

You will need to excavate and cut off roots close to driveway and instal “root barriers” Sorry! Something went wrong! (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=root+barriers&crid=13D5EOGBM4ARI&sprefix=root+barriers%2Caps%2C101&ref=nb_sb_noss_1)
Depending on how much you want to spend saw cut concrete drive remove then re pour defective concrete section.

I agree with removing the offending tree root and installing root barrier. As for the repair, is the driveway finished or unfinished concrete? My point, if unfinished, there are multiple products at the hardware stores that should work for you, however I would make an effort to have the offending root removed if possible and then let the driveway settle. If this is not possible any repair (crack sealer) will probably be a short-term fix. Cutting around the root and removing the driveway is probably the better option but will definitely be the most costly.
If the driveway is finished then i would contact the company that did the finish and ask them if a repair is practical, and then what they would recommend.

Be carefully, if you cut the tree but leave the trees root it will eventually rot out and driveway can collapse where the root used to reside. Your raised driveway crack can become a depression. It happened to us when we took down a very large magnolia tree.
